We’ve all been there. We’ve all been at work or class and start wondering what we should eat when we get home… and then reach a dilemma. 


We don’t know what to eat - paralyzed by the options or by simply having absolutely no idea of what to make at all.

Everyone needs their staple meals. And no, popcorn and chips do not count as a meal! 


Below I have listed the best, easiest, classic Low FODMAP recipes. These recipes use normal items that you probably already have in your pantry. 


Kung-Pao Chicken

I will be making this recipe ASAP. My mouth is watering. This recipe is perfect if you are craving asian food and want that extra kung-pao kick! Just make sure you omit the garlic and swap out the green bell peppers for red or yellow (green bell peppers are high fodmap while red and yellow are not).
